Payton Levesque is working on her puck control, quick release, and shot accuracy, along with strength and conditioning. She focuses on refining these skills both on and off the ice to become a more complete and consistent player.
Outside of hockey, Payton Levesque enjoys camping, fishing, and downhill skiing. These outdoor activities keep her active and balanced away from the rink.
Payton Levesque trains with several specialized coaches. She works on-ice with Cole Jarrett and Jamie Henderson at CJ Hockey, and with Sandra Findlay, Brett Findlay, and Blake Spears at Get The Edge for power skating. For off-ice training, she works with Mike Cowan at Built 4 Ice on strength and conditioning, and Tyson Mount at TMX Athletics on sport-specific strength.
Payton Levesque is a positive leader on and off the ice who takes pride in setting a good example for her teammates. She brings a strong work ethic to every training session and game, and is committed to continual improvement in her skills and conditioning.
