Outside of hockey, Evie Mowat enjoys drawing, painting, and playing volleyball. She also loves rollerblading, spending time with her cats, and crocheting, which she taught herself.

Evie Mowat is a well-rounded and accomplished athlete. In January 2025, her hockey team won the Miss Hockey Florida tournament, where she was named MVP. She is also a strong track and field competitor in her school’s B division, winning several races including a 400m race this past June by four seconds. Evie was a member of her school basketball team that won Cities in her grade 7 year, and her grade 8 teachers voted her “most likely to join every sports team in high school”.
