Carly Henry plans to pursue a career in teaching at the elementary or high school level, with a longer-term goal of coaching hockey or working in athlete development.

Outside of hockey, Carly Henry stays active through pickleball, swimming, soccer, and hiking, and spends summers at her family cottage. She works at her local Bulk Barn, trains at the gym, and unwinds with movies in her downtime.

Carly Henry works on her skating with Todd Jones through the Perfect Skating program in Kitchener, and builds her strength and conditioning with Cass and Vincent Merante at Redline Conditioning.

Carly Henry was named captain of her U18AA team in her final season in Kitchener. She earned team MVP in just her second year playing field hockey and has spent nearly two years coaching power skating for young players.
